Naps: the Pros and Cons.
Pros:
- Sleeping is good.
- I love my bed. So warm, so cozy.
- I get some of my best ideas in that state between sleep and awake.
- My dreams are odd and sometimes funny.
- Did I mention that I love my bed?
- I wake up groggy.
- My bed? Don't want to leave it.
- Those great ideas? I forget most of them before I'm fully awake.
- Sometimes I do weird things in my sleep.
- No, you can't make me leave the bed.
After that, I crashed out for a few hours. I woke up spitting. Yes, literally spitting onto my pillow. I'd had a dream in which I'd eaten something unappealing. For the life of me, I can't remember what that was now. But I spit on my pillow. Spit. On my pillow. Not drool. Actually "ptooey" spit. I had to change the pillow case. I grossed myself out. That was the only reason I got out of bed today. It was so warm and cozy. Outside of the bed? Not warm and cozy. But no spitty pillows either.

I've totally done that before! Only I don't actually spit in my sleep because some crazy mental alarm goes off. But I wake up with a mouthful and have to go spit it out. I'm sure that's the best story you've ever heard. Digging your new look! I'm so dying to change my stupid polka dots. Maybe one day I'll be smart like you...
That was the first time I've actually spit. (That sounded pervy, didn't it?) But I've been known to do some other weird, freaky things in my sleep.
Sleep walking is one. I also can have a full conversation with someone in my sleep. Sometimes I giggle or I sleep with my eyes half open.
Those are just some of the things I've been told that I do. I usually don't remember any of the things I've done or they take on a dream-like quality, so I just assume it was in fact a dream.
